Customer database
Due to the clear structure of amboseller you can see the status of a transaction immediately; if the latter has already been paid or dispatched or even cancelled. The status will be shown graphically. Additionally, you get the possibility of enclosing notes for each transaction. These notes allow your staff, in case of getting in contact with the customer, to understand the whole transaction without having worked on it so far.
Furthermore, you can add special notes for packing lists, which will also be shown on the commission lists / packing lists and can be used as instructions for the staff in your warehouse. To minimize the fees for selling your articles on eBay, we have developed additional data fields which can be dealt with individually. For example in case that you like to offer an article in different colours you can summarize them in only one auction. When a customer has bought the article, he can choose the requested colour on the checkout side. You can issue different kinds of those additional data fields according to your requirements in the way that you can decide about the contents as well as the answers. Furthermore, you can determine which of the fields shall be obligatory. After a customer has run through the checkout he will be leaded automatically to the customer data bank where the further transaction will be handled automatically. In case that one of your customers does not clear the whole amount and the difference exceeds a few cents you can put him on the status of “partial payment”. After putting this status, this customer will receive automatically a request for clearing the outstanding amount. Enclosed, he will find the missing amount as well as your bank account and last but not least the reference he has to indicate (e.g. the transaction n°). In case that you want to complement your data bank with some data of other programmes you have the possibility of importing them through the “import function”. You can even choose the arrangement of the data.

Automatic payment assignment
With Amboseller you will not longer have to check your account statements manually for incoming payments. With Amboseller you can easily import your latest statements and the program checks the transaction numbers from the statements with the numbers in the program. Beside normal bank transfers, you also will able to adjust your PayPal payments with Amboseller. Here instead of the transaction numbers, the emailaddresses will be checked. If a customer just partly pais a transaction, he will be automatically informed (including bank details and rest amount to pay) via email. Now when he has paid the rest, he will informed about, that the payment is complete and the goods will be handed over to the dispatch department. If a customer cancels his order, you have the possibility to add the amount that you will pay back to the customer to the tax list as a deduction. In the transaction overview the transaction will be marked as cancelled and the amount you have payed back will be displayed. In the tax list of Amboseller all incoming and outgoing payments will be displayed and they will be offset against each other. The taxes will be seperately beside the incoming payments. The tax list can easily be exported or printed and be sent to your accountancy department.

Article CMS system
By using the integrated CMS (Content Management System) you will be able to easily create or edit artile descriptions. In the article data you can manage the groups, upload up to 20 images, define the gallery image and much more common data. When you want to create a gallery image, you can choose wether you want to upload it from your computer or you want to use the main image as the gallery image too. Optionally it is possible to use the function for alle articles at the same time (multi edit)In order to let your gallery images stand out from the crowd, in Amboseller you have many possibilities to edit your images just with a few clicks.Furthermore it is possible to us the picture rotation. With this function you can list the same article with different gallery pictures, so that the customer will think, that these articles are not the same. When this feature will be used aimed you can possibly increase your visitors.In the language data you have the possibility to add article descriptions in multiple languages you want to. You are also will be able to add the price, the dimension of the articles, the article heading ... .The description of an article can easily be edited or added by the integrated WYSIWYG editor (What you see is what you get).

Merchandise management system
The merchandise management system, the overview of all you goods in stock, is splitted in 2 separate stores and can be managed totally separate. If you want to you can add mutliple suppliers to all your articles, with corresponding purchase prices, quantity prices and the amount you need to purchase for this prices. When you don’t want that one ore more particular employees can view the purchase prices, you can define this in the user management. In order to update prices or to add additional suppliers including their article numbers, so you can do it by uploading a price – or a cross list. A soon as one of you items has reached the reorder level, or got in arrear, the item automaticaly will be added to the order list, which you for example can export and upload to your supplier. When an articles has gone to arrear, the artice and all with the article linked transactions will be also set to arrear. As soon as the article is reordered and in the stock available again, the transactions and the article, will be displayed in normla status.

Gallery system
In Amboseller you have multiple possibilities to solicit your other eBay items. You have the choice between multiple galleries, that will be integrated in your active eBay items and will link to other items in your shop (lower fees for the shop articles). The first possible is to create a cross selling gallery. In the cross sellings galleries you can advertise accurately the items you want to. For example when you sell car parts, you can advertise other car parts for the exact same car producer and type. The propability that the customer buys more parts for the same car is more likely than parts for other cars. The second way to advertise more of you items is the attribute gallery. If you want to offer an article in different colours, so you can advertis this further color variants in a small gallery below the main images in the item description. Beside the both already named possibilities to advertise further more of your items, you could also use the accessory gallery. To define what accessory item should be linked with what main items, both types will be displayed in a table, whereas on of the types will be displayed in the colums and the other type will be displayed in the rows. Now you can make marks between the columns and the rows, in order to define with what articles the accessory is compatible with. The accessory gallery will be displayed below the attribute gallery. The fourth and last possibilty to advertise further items is the top seller gallery. The top seller gallery is like the cross selling gallery and must be created in the same way. The difference ist, that you don’t have to assign the gallery to single or multiple articles but you can assign to the gallery to a template and therefore all items, which are usind the template. This template is recommended, if you want to advertise items fastly to all of your customers. To keep the linking in the galleries alive, we have included a scanner, which has the task to scan all shop items and inserts this latest links into every single gallery. The scan can be started by your own or automaticaly.

User management
In Amboseller you will be able to add a nearly indefinite number of users and manage their rights separately. Through this you have for example the possibility to decline single or whole parts of the menu for dingle users. When a hole menu is declined for a user, the menu point will be disappear. This will make the program even more clearly and will result in a better instruction to your employees. In the user right management you also can define wether a user can see the purchase prices or not. Further more every single user can change the language of the interface, define his onw quicklinks, set the time to stay logged in and can choose his individual skin.

Amboseller can offer you a big plurality of import and export possiblitiies, by which you can define in which succesion the data have to be imported / exported. This feature makes sure, that Amboseller is compatible with the mass of other software producers including our competitors.

Full automatic checkout process
From the first mail with the purchase confirmation over the payment received mail up to the last mail, which sends the parcel tracking link, the complete process is running automatically. Now you will have much more time to attend to the substance, the support of your customers.

In order, that you not have to rate every business partner by your own, Amboseller is able to rate your customers postivly back automatically, after the have given feedback to you.

eBay lister
Due to the fact, that our lister suppports all eBay platforms available, nothing will stand in the way to expand you business to international areas. All national and international listing types like chines, dutch, fixed price item... are supported.
If you frequently list items with returning criteria like listing time, eBay platfrom, category ... you easily can assign default eBay listing sets and don’t have to list article after article. The only setting you might have to change is the starting time of the listing. To prevent that your articles on specials like 1 cent day will be listed too late, we have set Amboseller to the configuration, that the program will stop listing when the eBay api is overloaded. An error message with the corresponding error now will appear.

Template system
Due to the in Amboseller integrated template system you have to overwork things like cancellation policy just once. You just have to change the corresponding field in the template and all items now will be changed when the are listed again. Items that are actual be listed on eBay with flash templates will be changed immediately. Our templates are available in flash and in HTML an in many professional looking designs. You just have to choose, what template you like to use. The templates can be changed refered to layout and content by your own. To make sure that the customer is shown the right language of the item description, Amboseller checks what eBay platform the customer has opened the item and automatically shows the default language of the eBay platform. Additionally the user has the possiblility to change between the languages by simply clicking on the corresponding flag.

Statistics
To have allways a good overview about the turnover, the eBay fees, the most sold articles… you can view the statistics, which can be shown to you in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly way.

Taskmanager
With the integrated Amboseller Taskmanager you will have the possibility to send tasks to ervery user in you Amboseller system. The user, the task goes to, now will be informed, that he has received a new task. After the addressee opens the message, he has multiple possibilities to react. He can reply, forward or mark the task as resolved. The tasks can sent with various priorities. The priority and the status will additionally be displayed in the task overview. You also can only view you tasks or sort them by satus and priority.

Sorting rules
In order to ship international with the lowest prices for every country, some sellers use more than one shipping company. With Amboseller you will be able to do also so. Beside the already existing sorting rules “national” and “international”, in Amboseller you can create additional rules and set criterias for every single sorting. For example when if the shipping costs to country x are to high with shipping company A, you easily can create a rule that all shippings to country x will be assorted in a extra sorting, that will be shipped with shipping company B.

Languages
The interfac including all templates are available in english and in german, whereas more languages are planed fort he future. Beside the templates, the checkout pages are available in this languages too. For you it is possible to crete templates in new languages without much problems. You just have to translate the existing ones. If you activate multiple languages for the checkout, in the user database you will see, what language the cusomter has used. To make sure that the customer is shown the right language of the item description, Amboseller checks what eBay platform the customer has opened the item and automatically shows the default language of the eBay platform. Additionally the user has the possiblility to change between the languages by simply clicking on the corresponding flag.

Assignment function
In some article groups like car parts the customer has to define for what product he has bought the article. In the case of car parts he must type in detailed data about his car, for example the producer, the model... . This details, the customer has typed in the checkout, now will be imported with the other data like address to Amboseller. In order, that you not have to assign parts to cars by your own, when just a single part would be compatible, you can use the assigning rules. In a assigning rule you can define what article from the merchandise management system will be assgined when the criteria you can enter are conform with the data, the customer has entered. What data the customer beside the address has to enter, you can define by creating additional datafields and setting the fields you need to obligatory. The following datafields are avaiable: radio button, text box, choice (yes / no), checkbox, dropdown menu and text area.

Forum
On the one hand the forum is a platform, where you have the possibility to to share information with your employees, on the other hand you can use the time shedule to see what your employees have done and how many time they needed.

Help pages
If a help page is available for the actual page, a little question mark icon will appear. When you are clicking on this icon, you directly will be refered to the corresponding help page. At the moment the help pages are nearly complete available in german and just partly for the main pages in enlish.

Emai ltemplates
For the daily occuring email traffic, you easily can use the existing email templates. Every template in Amboseller have got a HTML and a plain text field. Both of the fields can be filled with text and variables, that automatically will fill in the content, for example your signature. IF a customer, you send an email to, can not receive HTML text, automatically the plain text will be shown. The template are by default available in german and in english. The sent mails will be saved in the archive.

eBay specials
In order not to pay needles fees fort he XXL gallery, but although can viszualize the customer in what conditions the articles are, you can easily use the Amboseller picture service. Here you have the possibility to upload up to 20 pictures, that can be displayed at a maximum resolution of 770 X 560 pixels. Another highlight of Amboseller is the gallery picture rotation. With this function you can list the same article with different gallery pictures, so that the customer will think, that these articles are not the same. When this feature will be used aimed you can possibly increase your visitors.
Our latest highlight is the eBay search optimizer, which can improve the findability of your items. The sorting „best match“ is calculated by the the title and the buyer behaviour for same search querys. Amboseller ESO finds out the optimum keyword for the title and overworks it automatically, in order that the artice will be listed as far ahead in the searchresults as possible. Moreover Amboseller ESO can add item-specific attributes to your artices, which also results in a better pageranking in the search results. Additionally Amboseller ESO can automatically watch your items with special watcher accounts. By using all these 3 completely automatically ESO features, your articles will be shown further ahead in the search results when the sorting best match is in use.

PDF catalog
In Amboseller it is by implication possible to create a catalog, including all in your Amboseller system available articles and send this catalog via email. The catalogs, you have created in the past will be saved in the archive, where you can view or resend them. When you have created more than one language in your articles, you will be able to select the language you want to send the catalog in.

Newsletter
Every customer who wants to get your your newsletter can easily sign up in one of your items, when you have activated it. Now he will appear in your newsletter customer database, where you can see his email adress and the language he has signed up for. The cration of newsletter can be easily effected by using a template and the variables. After you have created a template, you just have to define which articles should be included in the newsletter. For every language you want to send a newsletter, you can create their own template.

Upload manager
By using the upload manager you easily can upload image and audio files and embed them in your eBay items. Therefore The files you want to upload don’t have to be in the same directory.

Infoweb
On your personal infoweb page you can inform your customers about your product. Infoweb is the pre-stage of a shop and doesn’t offer a order function, but just has the function to inform. Creating article infos is very easy and can be realized by using variables. Ambosller will access the article information from the article overview page by using the variables.

Manual orders
If you have a local store or a order hotline in addition to your eBay business, you also will be able to add these orders in Amboseller by typing them in a comfortable input mask. These manual orders will be treaten just like the eBay transactions. This means, that they will receive all automatically sent emails.

Automatic invoice forwarding
After a customer was set to paid, he will automaticaly receive the invoice in the language, he has used in the checkout. You also will be able to add the invoice beside the already added languages – german and english – in any language you want. For the creation of invoices you easily can use templates with variables.

Archive system
All files and mails, which you have been exported or sent, will be saved in a separate archive. In the archive the files / mails can be sent / viewed once again.

Backup system
In order to prevent eventually data loss, even if this didn’t happen yet, it is recommended that you will use the backup function to create back ups regulary. With the backup you will be able to restore all data, which has been saved in the backup.

Well arranged menu
Beside the menu entrys, you also can reach the important functions by pressing one of the 18 quicklinks, you can see above the main menu with separeate individual logos. For 10 of thesse links you can define the pages, you want to get to by clicking on it by your own. Every user in Amboseller can define his own settings for the quicklinks. In order not to lost the overview when you have multiple tabs opened, every page has become an individual tab name. If you are on a page with a search function, the results from the last executed search will be displayed below. What criteria where used for this search, you will also see below. With this functin you allways will be able to see wether a search has been executed or a filter has been set. Beside the display of the active serach criteria, you will also be shown which transaction / article has been viewed recently. This will be shown by highlitghing the transaction / article by a yellow stripe.

Picture manager
In order to fastly upload many pics at once you can use the integrated picture manager. Via the manager you will be able to upload nearly indefinite pictures, whereas they don’t have to be in the same directory. If the uploaded pictures contain additional characters or spaces, the pictures will be, to prevent errors in the linking, edited. Beside the filename the pictures will be also edited related to the resolution and the file ending.

eBay search optimizer
Amboseller ESO (eBay search optimizer) edits active eBay items and optimizes them, that they will be better found in the new eBay sorting “best match”.
Further Amboseller makes sure, that items in the new eBay search will be found more often. Amboseller ESO achieves in this way a better selling rate and you will get more visitors in your items.

In the new eBay search engine, not only the title – as before - will be searched – , although the Item-specific attributes will be searched also. So items will be also found, which not only have the corresponding keyword in the title but also in the Item-specific attributes. By aimed adding of famous Item-specific attributes, you now have the possibility to fill the important, limited to 55 characters title with other for the search relevant keywords, that Amboseller can output category based as well as keyword based. Thus items will be found more frequent.
Additionally Amboseller ESO can output information like the most frequent used searchwords per category or per keyword. Herefrom Item-specific attributes for example can be deduced from. In addition Amboseller ESO shows the Top 100 of the most popular items per category and per search term. In this overview further information like the the number of watchers will be displayed.
Amboseller ESO illustrates the position of the own items inside the Top 100 of the most popular items per category and per relevant keyword. All Values are promted through Amboseller ESO directly from the eBay api. The most requent search terms are referred to the last 30 days.

Dispatch
All transactions which are set to paid, will be automatically moved to the ouput. By default there are 2 separated outputs avaiable, which can be individually exported. In addition to the picking lists we have added so-called warehouse lists. The warehouse lists include the article numbers and the corresponding quantity of the items, you will need for the next 20 parcels you have to pick. If you need an item 5 times for the next 20 parcels, the item will be listed on the warehouse list with a quantity of 5. The advantage of this list is that your employees don’t have anymore to go through the lodes for every parcel. Now he can go once with a magazine trolley and collect the goods for the next 20 parcels.

Order lists
To make sure, that you ever will reorder in a timely manner and the bargain will not break in, in Amboseller you have the possibility to create order lists. Items that are reching the minimum stock level or are going arrear, will be automatically added to this list. Now you can change the quantity you want to order and upload the list directly by your supplier, if he supports this feature. Alternatively you easyle can print out the list and order the goods manual.

Form orders
By using a contact form, your customers can make an inquiry about articles, they are interested in. In this form you can integrate additional datafields and define wether a datafield should be obligatory or not. Now when the customer has filled out all of the obligatory fields, the content of the form will be imported to Amboseller. This is where you have the possibility to check the inquiry and make an offer to the customer. In this offer a checkout link is included, which the customer takes to the checkout where he can fill out his adress and see the payment details. After the customer has gone through the checkout, he will be imported into the database and will be automaticalle processed like the eBay customers.
