§ 2 conclusion of contract

(1) Amboseller can be used after the free registration process. The registration results from filling out and sending the registration form. This process leads to binding order of the chosen Amboseller rate. The data have to be filled out completely and correctly.

(3) The conclusion of contract results from the acceptation of Amboseller. Amboseller decides wether he accepts the order. The order was accepted, when the customer from Amboseller will get his own user account.

§ 3 scope of services

Amboseller can temporary limit it services, if a complete exhaustion of the capacity limit is existent, the security or the integrity is endangered or if it is neccesary for updating the system.

§ 4 obligations and liabilities

(2) The customer must not take actions, that cause a unacceptable or exceeding strain of the Amboseller infrastructure or home page. The customer must not use software, mechanism or or scripts in connection with the usage of Amboseller that could affect functions in the program.

(4) The customer is responsible for making backups of the Amboseller data. In Amboseller the customer has the possibility to backup and restore data. When this function does not work, the customer must contact the Amboseller directly. Changes in the contact data of the customer have to be sent to the Amboseller directly. Changes also can be added in Amboseller by the administrator. The customer has to keep his login data (name, password) secret. If the customer has reason to believe that third has got the login data fully or partly, the customer must contact the Amboseller support directly and to bring about the change of his acces information. The customer is liable for activities, that has been made by using his acces data.

(5) Because of the data privacy the customer is beholden to tell his customers, that their data will be transmitted to Amboseller. From this follows that the customer must integrate the following or a equivalent text in his items. We announce you, that the data, that are needed for the checkout preocess will be transmitted to Amboseller (Harald Subke, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Str. 32A, 21391 Reppenstedt, www.Amboseller.com) This text is only an example.

§ 5 accounting, prices and maturity

(1) The chosen prices are shown on the homepage www.Amboseller.com below the point "rates" all the time.

(2) Amboseller has the right to modify the prices anytime. But the customers will informed about changes at least one month before the changes on the home page www.Amboseller.com below the menu point "rates". This will be only valid, if the price has been raised. The prices will be valid if the customer does not disagree the changes within 2 weeks after annaouncement. If the customer disagrees, Amboseller has the right to cancel the contract. Till the cancellation, the old prices will be valid.

(3) The accounting begins with the first day of usage. The invoices will be created online and sent to the customer by the end of the month. The invoice will be send in a pdf file by email. The customer must pay the invoice at the latest 10 days after receiving it. For this reason, in the invoice are the bank details as well as a PayPal email address stated.

§ 6 contract duration, measures and cancellation

(1) Every rate - excluding the premium rate - has a minimum duration of 1 month. Every contract - excluding the premium rate - is cancelable 3 weeks befor the end of a month from both contract partners. The minimum duration of the premium rate is 4 month and is cancelable 3 weeks befor the end of a month from both contract partners. To ensure the cancallation deadline, the duly receipt is neccessary. Amboseller is able to allow new customers a free trial period for the usage of the program. Amboseller will inform the relevant customers in writing. Hereupon must register at Amboseller inside of this time. A right for the customer to get a free trial period, is not given.

(4) After the promulgation of a user ban, the customer must not use another account or register again. A user ban does not releive the customer from the payment responsibility.

§ 10 Changes

(1) Amboseller has the right to change their conditions anytime without the announcement of reasons. Changes will be at posted least one month before they are coming into effect as well into the news as into the conditions (www.Amboseller.com). The changes will be valid if the customer does not disagree the changes within 2 weeks after annaouncement. If the customer disagrees, Amboseller has the right to cancel the contract. Till the cancellation, the old prices will be valid.
